We offer delivery worldwide. 

When can I expect my order to arrive and how do you charge for delivery?

Please see below for all our delivery options. *Kindly note there are exceptions to the below for bulky items, kindly refer to the delivery fee quoted at checkout for accurate costing

How can I get updates on the status of my order?

All standard delivery orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 6 working days upon verification of payment. Once despatched, we will send you a Despatch Confirmation via email together with your postal tracking number. 

What is your return policy?

If we have made a mistake with the personalisation or with the products, we will replace immediately. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to hello@leoandcru.com and we will exchange your item for a new one. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace products whereby a spelling or other errors were made during the ordering process as all our products are personalised specifically for you. Please do check all orders prior to checking out. 

Kindly note that each leo + cru product is unique due to the natural wood grain patterns of the timber so each Climber will have its own unique wood patterns and colour. We love the uniqueness of each of our pieces and hope you will too! A difference in colour tone, dimples, dots or patches is not considered a defect.
