Accuracy of Information and Products
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Additional, information provided on this site is for educational and informational purposes only. Even if the information published here is meant to be accurate, it is not intended to substitute professional medical advice. The information contained here is offered without any warranty and it is not liable for its accuracy, mistakes, or for any damage caused by user's reliance on information obtained from the site.
Product Care and Safety
Climbers are made for indoors use only. You are advised to do a light surface clean with a damp cloth on the climbers only.
Always supervise your children closely during use, and do not leave children unattended with the climbers. Foldi Climber should always be used with its safety lock mechanism in place to prevent it from folding during use. Always check that all screws are tightly screwed in and in place before usage.
Additional Payments after Checkout
Certain instances or requests may require additional payments after checkout from customers:
We will only begin processing orders upon verification of the additional payments. Failure to make payment within 7 days of receiving invoice will result in cancellation of order and a full refund of total amount paid at checkout minus PayPal processing fee. We will contact you via email and phone prior to taking this action.
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned then there may be a charge for posting it out again. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient.
leo + cru is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 6 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). You will be able to track your items using the tracking number we provide you, do note that there may be a one day delay in delivery statuses.
In the event that we receive bounced parcels, customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient of the order or customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from Customs. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with our customer support team either via the form on the contact page or email us at email@example.com. If it is a fault at our end, you can contact us for an exchange within 5 days of receipt. We will exchange your item(s) as soon as possible after you cancel your order. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Your rights to exchange the goods will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you
- Each leo + cru product is unique due to the natural wood grain patterns of the timber so each Climber will have its own unique wood patterns and colour. A difference in colour tone or any natural blemish, spots or patches are not considered a defect.
- Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order or had a change of mind regarding product, colour and font choice and it has been sent for production.
If you exchange an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily exchange the item for you immediately. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 5 working days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind. Also note that the colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Neither the Content or Trademarks nor any portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of the website owner and no representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at your own risk.
